Posting times

I never set the time on the blog to Australian time when I created, so all our posts from Australia are running late and out of time table order. And I note that everything we've published since we left is also showing whacky dates and times.

So I think we'll set the time stamps manually on each post, which will accurately reflect the date and time of the place we're in when we're posting. Hopefully that will add some additional depth to our trek...
